How to hard reset OPPO Neo 5?

Second method Hard Reset OPPO Neo 5:

  1. Turn off your cell phone. 
  2. Now press and hold the volume + power reduction button, or increase volume + power button. 
  3. When you see the Recovery Mode menu, release the retentive keys. 
  4. From the menu, select "wipe data/factory reset" using the volume buttons to navigate through the options and the power button to confirm. 
  5. Then select "Yes -- delete all user data".
  6. At the end of confirm the operation "restart the system now".
